Lead Qualifier: answer Instagram DM enquiries and sort leads Hot, Warm or Cold

Enquiries get buried between fan messages. Lead Qualifier reads new Instagram DMs asking about what you sell, answers from what you've told it, asks your own qualifying questions, and sorts each lead Hot, Warm or Cold — so you spend your time on the ones worth it.

How it works

Open Auto-DM with your Instagram professional account connected, go to the Must-haves tab and open Lead Qualifier. Setup has three steps: About you, where SuperAI drafts a short description from your Instagram bio, website and recent captions for you to check and edit; Chat, where you set the price, how people buy or book, and where you are (or withhold any of the three), plus who counts as a qualified lead, your own qualifying questions and what contact details to collect; and Review, a final check before it goes live. It can run on more than one connected Instagram account.

Good to know

Lead Qualifier is part of the paid Creator plan, live for every paid creator since 4 November 2026 (it was beta-only before). It handles up to 25 finished and qualified leads per creator per month — leads who drop off, or chats you take over yourself, don't count against that limit. It stays quiet for fan messages and brand collaboration DMs (Brand Collab handles those separately), collects a name, email or phone number always asking first, and sends an email alert when a Hot lead lands if alerts are on and your account has an email. The moment you reply yourself, it steps back for that chat.
