1. Digital Product Policy
AI Design System Doctor products—including The Essential Toolkit, The Quick Fix Playbook (order-bump eBook), The Complete Toolkit, and related digital resources—are digital products delivered electronically. Product descriptions should clearly state which files, templates, prompts, and resources are included before purchase.
2. Refund Requests
Because digital products may be accessed or downloaded immediately after purchase, sales are generally considered final once digital access has been provided, except where applicable law or the checkout terms require otherwise. This policy does not remove any rights or remedies available under mandatory consumer-protection laws.
If you believe you were charged incorrectly, purchased the same product more than once, received a corrupted or incomplete file, cannot access the product after following the delivery instructions, or received a product materially different from its description, contact us so we can investigate and provide an appropriate resolution where applicable.
3. When to Contact Us
Please contact us if:
Your payment was successful but the download or access link did not arrive.
A supplied file is damaged, incomplete, or cannot be opened using a compatible application.
You believe you were charged more than once for the same order.
The product delivered is materially different from the description shown at checkout.
4. How to Request Help
Email “keyur@keyurpastagia.com” with the subject line “Digital Product Support — [Order ID]”. Include the email address used at checkout, order ID or payment reference, product name, and a brief description of the issue. Do not send full payment-card details or passwords.
We aim to acknowledge support requests within 3 business days and resolve access or file issues as promptly as reasonably possible. This is a target, not a guarantee.
5. Order-Bump and Bundle Purchases
If you purchase an optional order-bump eBook or a bundle, the same support and applicable refund rules apply to each included digital item. If an issue affects only one item, please identify that item in your request. Any refund or adjustment will be assessed in accordance with the checkout terms and applicable law.
6. Copyright and Unauthorised Sharing
Purchasing a digital product does not transfer copyright or ownership of the content. Please follow the product's licence terms. Unauthorised redistribution or resale is not permitted where prohibited by those terms. This section does not limit any statutory consumer rights.
