As such, we do not offer refunds once the product has been accessed, downloaded, or delivered.

✅ Eligibility for Refund
A refund will only be considered under the following conditions:

The payment was accidentally duplicated (i.e., you were charged twice).
 

You made a purchase but did not receive any access/download link or material within 48 hours, and you have contacted support with proof.
 

There is a technical issue on our end that permanently prevents access to your purchased product, and we are unable to resolve it within 5 working days.
