We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you are not, we have kept the process simple and honest.
1. 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee
If the Product is not for you, you are covered by a full 7-day money-back guarantee. The process is:
•	Step 1 — Email us. Write to support@tradingrecoverylab.in within 7 days of your purchase date, telling us why you are not satisfied. Include your full name, transaction ID / payment reference, and the email used at checkout.
•	Step 2 — We respond. Our team replies within 24–48 hours and makes a genuine effort to understand and resolve your issue.
•	Step 3 — Full refund. If you are still not satisfied after that conversation, your full payment of ₹647 will be refunded within 5–7 working days to the same payment method you used.
2. Refund Window
Refund requests must be raised within 7 days of the purchase date. Requests received after the 7-day window cannot be accepted, as this is an instantly delivered digital product.
3. Access Issues
If you are unable to access the Product due to a broken, expired, or non-functional delivery link, contact us immediately at support@tradingrecoverylab.in. We will resolve the issue or provide a working alternative on priority. If we are unable to restore your access, you are entitled to a full refund under the guarantee above.
4. What This Guarantee Does Not Cover
The refund guarantee covers your satisfaction with the Product itself. It does not extend to:
•	Dissatisfaction with trading outcomes, market performance, or personal trading results. Trading Recovery Lab provides educational and risk-management tools only; it does not guarantee any trading profit, return, or outcome.
•	Requests raised after the 7-day window has expired.
•	Accounts found in violation of the license and anti-redistribution terms in our Terms and Conditions.
5. How to Request a Refund
Email support@tradingrecoverylab.in with your full name, transaction ID / payment reference, the email used at checkout, and a clear description of the issue. We respond within 24–48 hours.

6. Refund Processing

1. Nature of the Product
Trading Recovery Lab provides educational and risk-management digital content related to trading in Indian financial markets, including F&O (Futures & Options). The 4-in-1 bundle includes the “THE 7% EDGE” eBook, the Forensic Trading Journal (Google Sheets-based), the Synced User Manual, and the Audiobook series in English and Hindi, offered at a one-time price of ₹647.
2. No Financial or Investment Advice
Trading Recovery Lab is not a SEBI-registered Investment Advisor, Research Analyst, or Portfolio Manager. All content provided — including the eBook, Journal, Manual, and Audiobooks — is for educational purposes only and does not constitute financial, investment, trading, or legal advice. Any reference to SEBI data, statistics, or studies is used solely for educational and informational context and does not imply endorsement, certification, or affiliation with SEBI. 3. License to Use — Personal, Non-Transferable
Upon purchase, you are granted a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Product for your individual educational use only. This license does not permit you to:

Unauthorized reproduction, redistribution, or leak of this Product — in part or in full, through any channel including but not limited to Telegram, WhatsApp, Google Drive re-sharing, torrents, or resale platforms — constitutes a direct violation of these Terms and applicable copyright law. Trading Recovery Lab reserves the right to pursue civil and criminal legal action against any individual or entity found to be infringing on these rights, including but not limited to claims for damages, injunctive relief, and recovery of legal costs. Access credentials and links are uniquely tracked; Trading Recovery Lab reserves the right to revoke access immediately, without refund, for any user found in violation of this clause.
5. Refunds
