Example: If the eligible amount paid is ₹1,000, the refund would ordinarily be ₹700 and ₹300 would be retained as the applicable cancellation/convenience charge.

When the 30% Deduction Does NOT Apply

The 30% cancellation/convenience charge will not be applied where a full refund is required under applicable law, including where appropriate because:

the customer is charged more than once for the same transaction;
the customer receives an incorrect, defective, damaged or materially misrepresented product where a refund is legally required; or
applicable consumer law otherwise requires a full refund or other remedy.
Refund Request

Once approved, refunds will generally be initiated to the original payment method. Actual credit times may vary depending on the bank, card network, UPI provider or payment processor.

Orders that have already been dispatched, delivered, opened or consumed may have different cancellation/return eligibility. Any restriction will remain subject to applicable consumer law.
