Thank you for purchasing from Sona Pixelworks. As our coloring books are digital PDF products, the following Refund Policy applies:

Digital Products: All products sold by Sona Pixelworks are digital products. No physical books or printed copies are provided.
No Refund After Delivery: Once the digital coloring-book files have been delivered, downloaded, or accessed, the purchase is generally non-refundable, as digital files cannot be returned.
Technical Issues: If you are unable to download, open, or access the purchased files due to a genuine technical problem, please contact us. We will make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue or provide a replacement file where appropriate.
Duplicate Purchase: If you accidentally purchase the same digital product more than once, please contact Sona Pixelworks with your purchase details. A refund or other suitable resolution may be considered at our discretion, subject to applicable law.
Incorrect Purchase: Please review the product description, contents, format, and pricing carefully before purchasing. Refunds are generally not provided because of a change of mind, accidental purchase, or dissatisfaction with the digital format.
