All Purchases Are Non-Refundable
All payments made for courses, recorded programs, digital products, guides, styling services, consultations, workshops and events are final and non-refundable, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
Please review the product or service details carefully before completing your purchase.
Because digital products and courses provide access to proprietary content, frameworks, recordings and resources, refunds will not be issued after purchase or access has been provided.

Live Workshops & Sessions
If you are unable to attend a live workshop or session you have booked, the fee remains non-refundable. Transfers or alternative dates will only be provided where specifically offered.

If a live workshop or session is cancelled by the trainer/organiser, you will be given the option to:
attend the workshop on another available date; or
receive a refund of the amount paid for the cancelled session.
If a workshop is rescheduled rather than cancelled, participants will be informed of the revised date and available options.

Technical Issues
A refund will not normally be provided for issues relating to your internet connection, device, missed emails, inability to attend, change of mind or failure to access the content within the provided access period.
