Step 2: Download Official Notification & Application Form

Read complete notification PDF carefully. Download the prescribed application form. Take printout or fill digitally.

Step 3: Fill Application Form Completely

Fill all columns with accurate personal, educational, and professional details. Use clear handwriting if filling manually, or type if using digital format. Paste photograph and sign at designated places.

Step 4: Prepare Digital Documents

Scan the filled application form (if manual) and all required documents clearly in PDF format. Self-attest digital copies by signing each page before scanning. Ensure file size is manageable (compress to under 10-15 MB total).

Step 5: Compose Email

Step 5: Send by Registered Post/Speed Post
