1. Digital Products Policy All products sold on Oxren Sensi (iOS Packs, Android Packs, PC Settings) are Digital Goods. This means they are downloadable files or configuration text sent instantly via email.

Because these products cannot be "returned" like a physical item, ALL SALES ARE FINAL. We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations once the order is completed and the product link has been delivered.

2. Why No Refunds?

Non-Returnable: Once a digital file is downloaded, it remains on your device forever. It is impossible to "return" it.
