Full Refund (with 48 hours’ notice):
Cancellations made at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled Puja may be eligible for a full refund. Please reach out to us in writing (via email or phone) to process your cancellation.

Partial Refund (with less than 48 hours’ notice):
Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled Puja may be eligible for a 50% refund, as preparations and materials may already be underway.

No Refund (after scheduled Puja or no-show):
If you fail to attend or cancel after the scheduled Puja, or do not show up at the designated time, no refund will be provided due to the resources already used in preparation.

Refund Processing Time:
Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days after we confirm your cancellation. The amount will be credited back to your original method of payment.

Special Circumstances:
In cases of emergency, health issues, or other unforeseen events, we may consider exceptions or reschedules instead of cancellations. Please contact us directly to discuss your situation.

The date and time of the Puja will be scheduled in consultation with you and our priests. While we strive to accommodate your preferred time, we may need to make adjustments due to auspicious timings, priests’ schedules, or other ceremonies.

Requirements from Customer:
Please provide complete and accurate details (your name, birth details, gotra if applicable, and a brief intent or wish for the Puja). This helps us perform the ceremonies accurately and with proper reverence.

Offerings and Materials:
All essential materials for the Puja (flowers, sweets, fruits, coconuts, ghee, etc) are provided by us. If you wish, you may add additional items in consultation with our priests.

Privacy of Information:
We respect your discretion and confidentiality. All personal details, prayers, and ceremonies performed for you will be kept confidential and private.

Liability Limitations:
While we perform every Puja with pure intent and sincere prayers, we do not guarantee material outcomes or wish fulfillment. The ceremonies aid in fostering peace, health, happiness, and auspiciousness, but the ultimate results remain in the hands of the Almighty.
