# Refund & Cancellation Policy

**Brand:** JashnKit
**Contact Email:** jashnkit@gmail.com

## 1. Overview

JashnKit sells digital products, including downloadable PDF planners, checklists, trackers and celebration guides.

Because digital products may be delivered immediately after successful payment, they cannot be returned in the same way as physical items.

We encourage customers to review the product description, contents, pricing and applicable terms before purchasing.

Our policy does not remove any refund rights or other remedies available under applicable law.

## 2. When May a Refund Be Considered?

You may contact us to request a refund or another appropriate resolution in circumstances such as the following.

### A. Digital product not received

If payment was completed but the promised product or download access was not provided, contact us so we can investigate and attempt to resolve the issue.

If the product cannot be supplied as agreed, an appropriate refund or other remedy may be available.

### B. Corrupted or inaccessible files

If a PDF is corrupted, incomplete, cannot reasonably be opened, or contains a technical problem that prevents its intended use, contact us.

We may first attempt to resolve the issue by providing a corrected file, replacement download link or restored access.

If the problem cannot reasonably be resolved, an appropriate refund or other remedy may be considered, subject to applicable law.

### C. Product materially different from its description

If the delivered product materially differs from the product description, omits material content expressly promised at the time of purchase, or is otherwise deficient, contact us with the relevant details.

We will review the issue and determine an appropriate resolution, including a replacement, correction or refund where applicable.

### D. Duplicate payment

If you were charged twice for the same order, contact us with both transaction references.

After verification, an unintended duplicate payment may be refunded through the applicable payment process.

### E. Optional add-on problems

If your order includes an optional add-on, such as the JashnKit Diwali Puja Companion 2026, please identify which item has the problem.

We will assess the affected product and the appropriate remedy under the applicable terms and law.

## 3. Change-of-Mind Requests

Because digital products may be available immediately after payment, a change-of-mind request after successful delivery or download will not ordinarily qualify for a refund where the product has been supplied as described.

However, each request will be considered in light of the circumstances, our stated offer, any relevant delivery or access issue, and applicable legal requirements.

Nothing in this section prevents a customer from exercising a refund right or other remedy provided by law.

## 4. How to Submit a Refund Request

Email **[YOUR SUPPORT EMAIL]** with the subject line:

**Refund Request — JashnKit Order**

Please include:

- Your name.
- The email address used for the purchase.
- Your order or transaction reference.
- The product purchased.
- The date of purchase.
- A description of the problem.
- Relevant screenshots or error details, if applicable.

Do not send your UPI PIN, banking password, full card number or other sensitive payment credentials.

Please contact us using the email address associated with the order where possible so we can verify the purchase.

## 5. Review and Resolution Process

We will review the order and the circumstances described in your request.

We may contact you for reasonable additional information needed to verify the transaction or understand the issue.

Where appropriate, we may first attempt to resolve a delivery or technical problem by correcting the issue, restoring access or supplying the missing or corrected file.

We aim to acknowledge complaints within 48 hours and resolve them within the applicable legal timeframe. If an investigation requires additional time, we will communicate the status and the reason for any delay as appropriate.

## 6. Approved Refunds

Where a refund is approved, it will generally be initiated through the original payment method or the relevant payment provider's refund process, where available.

The time taken for the amount to appear in your account may depend on the payment provider, bank and payment method.

We will communicate relevant refund details when the refund is processed.

## 7. Cancellation Requests

If you believe an order was made in error, contact us as soon as possible with the order details.

If digital delivery has not yet occurred, we will review whether cancellation is possible.

Once digital access has been supplied, a cancellation request will be assessed under the change-of-mind provisions above and applicable law.

This section does not restrict any statutory cancellation, refund or other consumer right.

## 8. Payment Disputes and Unauthorized Transactions

If you believe a transaction was unauthorized or processed incorrectly, contact us promptly.

We may ask for reasonable information to verify the order and investigate the issue. Payment disputes may also be handled through the relevant payment provider or bank.

Do not provide sensitive payment authentication details in an email or support message.

## 9. Contact and Grievance Redressal

This may be used to measure advertising performance and help deliver or optimize advertisements in accordance with the relevant settings and applicable rules.

If analytics services are enabled, they may collect information about website usage and technical performance.

The exact information collected depends on the configuration of each service.

You can manage cookies through your browser settings. Where consent is required for a tracking technology, we will use the applicable consent mechanism.

We may take reasonable action to protect our intellectual property, customers and website, subject to applicable law.

Nothing in this section limits rights that cannot legally be restricted.

## 7. Product Information and Cultural Variations

JashnKit products are intended as practical planning and reference resources.

Festival dates, regional observances, family customs, religious practices and puja requirements may differ by location and tradition.

Our checklists and planners are general organizational resources. They do not replace a customer's own family traditions or trusted local references for religious procedures and timing.

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions and included files are accurate and consistent with the offer presented at the time of purchase.

If a product is materially different from its description, incomplete, defective or otherwise deficient, customers may contact us for an appropriate resolution.

## 8. Refunds and Cancellations

Digital-product purchases are handled under our Refund & Cancellation Policy, which forms part of the purchase terms.

Because digital files may be made available immediately after payment, change-of-mind requests after successful delivery or download may not ordinarily qualify for a refund. This does not exclude refunds or other remedies required by applicable law or where a product or service is defective, deficient, not as described, or not supplied as agreed.

Please read the Refund & Cancellation Policy before purchasing.

## 9. Third-Party Platforms

Our website, checkout, payment processing, email delivery and analytics may use third-party providers, including Lovable, SuperProfile, payment processors and advertising or analytics services.

Those providers may have their own terms, privacy notices and service conditions.

JashnKit is not responsible for outages or technical issues entirely outside our reasonable control. However, we will make reasonable efforts to assist customers with order-related issues and will honour applicable legal obligations.

## 10. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, JashnKit shall not be liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from misuse of a product, failure to follow its instructions or temporary third-party service interruptions.

Our products are supplied as planning and organizational resources. We do not guarantee any particular financial, personal, religious or other outcome from their use.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or restricts consumer rights, statutory remedies or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded or restricted.

## 11. Changes to Products and Terms

We may update our products, website, descriptions or these Terms & Conditions when reasonably necessary.

The terms applicable to a purchase will be interpreted alongside the product description and checkout information presented when that order was placed, subject to applicable law.

Updates to these terms will be reflected by a revised effective date.

## 12. Privacy

We handle personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Please review the Privacy Policy to understand what information may be collected, how it is used and how you can contact us about privacy-related matters.
