**Step 1: Prepare Your Documents**

**Step 2: Fill Application Form**
- Download the application form from Civil Court Siwan website
- Write your details clearly in English/Hindi as per instructions
- Application must be filled in BLOCK CAPITAL LETTERS
- No cutting, overwriting, or correction fluid should be used
- Attach all self-attested document photocopies

**Step 3: Prepare Application Package**
- Take a self-addressed registered envelope with proper postage stamps
- Write on the envelope in bold letters: **"APPLICATION FOR ENGAGEMENT AS ATTENDER (CLASS IV) ON TEMPORARY BASIS-2026"**
- Include application fee (as specified in notification)
- Keep notification copy for yourself — do NOT send it

**Step 4: Submit Application**
Send your complete application package by **registered post/speed post** to the address Officer-in-Charge (Administration),Civil Court, Siwan - 841226 (Bihar)  provided in notification. Ensure it reaches before **21 June 2026**.

**Step 5: Keep Proof**
- Save the postal receipt/tracking number
- Keep a copy of your application for reference
- Note down your registration details for future communication

- Visit the official court website regularly for shortlist announcements
