Name: ठठेरा MAHARAJA THALI
Brand: ABCH Industries

We want our refund process to be transparent and straightforward.

Where an eligible order is voluntarily cancelled and the cancellation is accepted under this Policy, 70% of the eligible amount paid will be refunded.

The remaining 30% will be retained as a cancellation/convenience charge associated with order processing, payment handling, administrative costs and cancellation processing.

The applicable deduction will be disclosed to the customer as part of this Refund & Cancellation Policy before purchase.

Example: If the eligible amount paid is ₹1,000, the refund would ordinarily be ₹700 and ₹300 would be retained as the applicable cancellation/convenience charge.

When the 30% Deduction Does NOT Apply

The 30% cancellation/convenience charge will not be applied where a full refund is required under applicable law, including where appropriate because:

the customer is charged more than once for the same transaction;
the customer receives an incorrect, defective, damaged or materially misrepresented product where a refund is legally required; or
applicable consumer law otherwise requires a full refund or other remedy.
Refund Request

Refund requests should be submitted to [abchindustries@gmail.com] with the order number, registered email/phone number and reason for the request.

Once approved, refunds will generally be initiated to the original payment method. Actual credit times may vary depending on the bank, card network, UPI provider or payment processor.

Orders that have already been dispatched, delivered, opened or consumed may have different cancellation/return eligibility. Any restriction will remain subject to applicable consumer law.

We reserve the right to reject fraudulent, abusive or otherwise ineligible refund requests.
