  • Ensure all columns are filled accurately — no cutting or overwriting allowed
  • Sign the completed form

📄 Step 2: Prepare All Documents

  • Collect all required certificates mentioned above
  • Make self-attested photocopies of all documents
  • Scan all documents clearly in high resolution
  • Important: Do NOT send original certificates — only self-attested copies

📑 Step 3: Create Single PDF File

  • Combine your filled application form and ALL scanned documents into ONE SINGLE PDF file
  • Arrange documents in proper sequence: Application form first, then educational certificates, experience certificates, ex-serviceman documents, ID proof, photo
  • Name the PDF file clearly: YourName_PostApplied_ACMS2026.pdf
  • Keep PDF file size under 5 MB for smooth email transmission

✉️ Step 4: Send Email Application

  • Email To: acms@awesindia.edu.in
  • Email Subject: Write exactly as: "Application for the post of [Post Name] Category [Your Category]"
  • Example Subject: "Application for the post of Lower Division Clerk Category General"
  • Attach your single PDF file to the email
  • In email body, write a brief formal cover letter mentioning the post you're applying for
  • Deadline: Email must be sent before 22 June 2026 at 11:59 PM
