We do not offer refunds. All sales are final. Because these are printed books produced and shipped for each order, money once paid is not returned. What we do offer is an exchange, in the one situation below.

When we will exchange a book

Only if a book arrives physically torn or damaged in transit — pages ripped, cover destroyed, or the book unusable.
Tell us within 48 hours of delivery at infoedukid.in@gmail.com.
Send clear photos of the damaged book and the outer packaging. An unboxing video helps and is strongly recommended.
Once approved, we send a replacement. Shipping charges for the exchange are paid by you.

What is not covered

Changed your mind, or ordered by mistake.
The books didn't suit your child's age or interest.
Your child has written in, coloured or used the book.
Small bends, corner creases or minor marks from transit — these do not affect use.
Damage caused after delivery — water, tearing, pets, or normal wear.
Parcel refused at the door, or delivery failed because you were unreachable.

If we made the mistake
Wrong book sent, or a book missing from your set? Email us within 48 hours with a photo and we will fix it at our own cost — you pay nothing.

We never see or store your card number, UPI PIN or bank details. Payments are handled entirely by our payment provider.

These terms apply to every order placed with EduKid for The Young Founder Series. By placing an order you accept them.

Your order

An order is confirmed only once we receive your payment — either the ₹99 booking amount or the full ₹899 prepaid amount.
We may cancel an order if your pin code is not serviceable or stock runs out. In that case any amount paid online is returned in full.
Please make sure your address and phone number are correct. Changes must reach us before dispatch.

Pricing & payment

Cash on Delivery: ₹99 paid online + ₹999 in cash to the courier. Total ₹1,098.
Prepaid: ₹899 paid fully online.
All prices are in Indian Rupees and include delivery. We may revise prices at any time; your order is billed at the price shown when you placed it.

Delivery

Dispatch: 1–2 working days. Delivery: usually 3–7 working days, depending on your location.
These are estimates. Courier delays, weather, strikes and festival rush are outside our control.
If you refuse the parcel, are unreachable, or the courier cannot deliver after repeated attempts, the ₹99 booking amount is not returned — it covers our printing, packing and shipping cost.

Use of the books

The books are for your own family's personal use.
Copying, scanning, photocopying, reselling, redistributing or teaching commercially from them is not permitted.
All designs, illustrations and text remain the property of EduKid.

These books teach children basic money awareness, creative thinking and enterprise skills through age-appropriate activities. They are not financial advice, and we do not promise or guarantee any income or earnings. Activities involving money, tools or selling should be done with a parent or guardian present.

We may update these terms. The version on this page at the time of your order applies.
These terms are governed by Indian law. Any dispute falls under the courts of Rajasthan
