Refund Policy
Last updated: 8 August, 2024

All Sales Are Final
Digital goods are delivered instantly. Once downloaded or accessed, products cannot be returned.

Exceptions Exist
Defective files, corrupt downloads, and accidental duplicate purchases are handled with full care.

At Diginite Store, we take quality seriously. All products are manually reviewed before listing. However, because our products are digital files delivered instantly and electronically, we maintain a strict but fair refund policy to protect both buyers and our creators.

1. General No-Refund Policy
Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are final. Once a digital product has been accessed, downloaded, or its download token revealed, we are unable to issue a refund, as the product cannot be "returned" in any practical sense.

This policy applies regardless of:

Change of mind after purchase.
Determining the product does not meet your personal expectations after viewing it.
Technical incompatibility with software you own (always check product descriptions carefully before purchase).
2. Exceptions , Defective or Corrupt Files
If your downloaded file is:

Corrupt, broken, or fails to open in the stated software.
Significantly different from what was described or shown on the product page.
Missing content that was explicitly promised in the product listing.
Please contact us at contact@diginite.store within 7 days of purchase with:

Your order confirmation email or Stripe transaction ID.
A clear description of the issue and any relevant screenshots.
We will either provide a corrected/working version of the file or issue a full refund at our discretion, within 5 business days.

3. Accidental Duplicate Purchases
If you accidentally purchase the same product twice in two separate transactions (i.e., you were charged twice for the identical product), please contact us within 48 hours with both transaction IDs. We will refund the duplicate charge promptly.

Note: Purchasing multiple different products in the same cart session does not qualify as a duplicate purchase.

4. How to Request a Refund
Email contact@diginite.store with the subject line "Refund Request , [Order ID]".
Include your purchase email, Stripe transaction ID, and a description of the issue.
Our team will respond within 2 business hours and resolve the issue within 5 business days.
5. Chargebacks
Filing a chargeback with your bank for a valid purchase (i.e., outside the exceptions above) will result in permanent suspension of your Diginite Store account and forfeiture of all purchased file access. We strongly encourage you to contact our support team first , we resolve nearly all issues quickly and fairly.
