REFUND POLICY — HUMBLETRADER


We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Please read our 
refund policy carefully before making a purchase, as digital products 
and services have specific conditions.

1. DIGITAL PRODUCTS (PDF Course)
Due to the instant, downloadable nature of digital products, ALL 
SALES OF THE PILLAR BREAK HUMBLE STRATEGY COURSE ARE FINAL AND 
NON-REFUNDABLE once the download link has been accessed or the files 
have been delivered. 

Exception: If you experience a technical issue preventing you from 
accessing your purchased files, contact us within 48 hours of 
purchase at [email] and we will resolve the access issue or provide 
a refund if the issue cannot be fixed.

2. PAID TELEGRAM SUBSCRIPTION
Telegram subscriptions are billed monthly. You may cancel your 
subscription at any time to stop future billing — access will 
continue until the end of your current billing cycle. 

No partial refunds are provided for unused days within an active 
billing cycle. If you were charged in error (e.g., duplicate charge, 
billing after cancellation), contact us within 7 days for a refund 
of the erroneous charge.

3. STRATEGY SESSION (One-Time, Rs.999)
If you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us at least 24 
hours before your scheduled session for a full refund or free 
rescheduling. Cancellations within 24 hours of the session are 
non-refundable, but one free rescheduling is offered.

4. MONTHLY MENTORSHIP
Monthly mentorship fees are non-refundable once the first session of 
that month has been conducted. If you cancel before your first 
session of a billing month, you will receive a full refund for that 
month.

5. PORTFOLIO REVIEW SERVICES
One-time portfolio reviews are non-refundable once the session has 
been conducted. If you need to cancel before the session, notify us 
at least 24 hours in advance for a full refund.

6. HOW TO REQUEST A REFUND
Email us at with your order ID/payment 
reference and reason for the refund request. Eligible refunds will 
be processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment 
method.

7. CHARGEBACKS
Please contact us directly before initiating a chargeback with your 
bank or payment provider. We are committed to resolving genuine 
issues quickly.

2. NO GUARANTEE OF PROFITS
