ABOUT THE PAGE

Stop second-guessing your entries.

Minimalistic Trader is a Pine Script v6 indicator built for traders who want clarity over clutter. No 40 toggles, no repainting mess — just two clean signal tiers, an automatic profit target, and a transparent weekly scoreboard right on your chart.

What you get:

  • 🎯 A+ Buy / A+ Sell — high-conviction counter-trend setups, confirmed against the 1-hour trend
  • 🟢 A Buy / A Sell — standard breakout entries
  • 📏 Auto TP Target Line — a dotted line projects from every entry to your exact take-profit level, so you always know where you're aiming
  • 📊 Live "This Week" Table — entries and TP hit-rate, updating in real time, right on your chart — no spreadsheet, no guessing
  • 🎨 Simple settings — candle highlight color and TP distance, that's it. No overfitting, no 50-input panic

Built and tested on: MNQ (Micro Nasdaq Futures) and NDX, 5-minute chart — also works on 15/20/25/30-minute timeframes.

Who it's for: Discretionary and prop-firm traders who want rule-based, repeatable entries with a visible, honest track record (including the losses — the table shows everything, every week).

The core tip: cap your daily profit at ~33%, not 50%

The rule is: largest single day ÷ total profit ≤ 50%. Technically you could hit it in 2 days with one big day and one small one, but that's razor-close to the line — one extra winning trade on your "small" day and you blow the consistency rule on the exact day you hit target. Targeting ~33% per day instead of right up against 50% gives you a buffer so a good day doesn't accidentally disqualify you.

A simple 3-day plan for the $50K LucidFlex

Day 1
~$1,000
Stop trading once you hit it — don't let a hot streak push this past 50% of your eventual total
Day 2
~$1,000
Same — cumulative $2,000, still even
Day 3
~$1,000+
Push to close out the $3,000 target

Even split ($1,000/$1,000/$1,000+) keeps every day at ~33%, well clear of the 50% line, with room to spare even if one day runs hot.

Two supporting rules

  1. Set your own daily loss cap below Lucid's. Their max loss limit is $2,000 (EOD trailing), but self-impose something like $500–600/day. A blown day doesn't just cost you money — it also wrecks your consistency math for the days after it.
  2. Stop trading the moment you hit your daily profit number. This is the actual hard part — discipline, not strategy. Your A+/A signals plus the fixed TP target are built for exactly this: once you've taken your planned number of A+/A signals for the day and hit your number, walk away. Don't keep trading "just one more" into a big day that breaks consistency.
