(Property Dealing Network)

1.Commission Structure:
Commission percentage shall vary from 1% to 2% or as mutually agreed before deal closure.

2.Verification Responsibility:
All property documents, ownership proofs and buyer/seller identity must be verified by the parties involved. Platform will not be liable for inaccurate information provided by clients.

3.Deal Confirmation:
A deal is considered successful only after both buyer and seller sign/confirm their agreement for purchase/sale.

4.Payment of Commission:
Commission is payable only after deal closure and clearing of final payments between buyer and seller.

5.No Guarantee of Deals:
Platform provides leads, buyers, sellers or networking support, but does not guarantee deal closure or minimum income.

6.Misrepresentation Prohibited:
Members cannot provide false information, fake properties, fake buyers or misrepresenting rates — doing so will lead to termination.

7.Liability Limitation:
Platform is not liable for disputes between buyer & seller regarding pricing, legal issues, delay or property conditions.

8.Independent Work:
Members work independently; platform does not provide employment, salaries or fixed monthly payments.

9.Compliance with Laws:
All members must comply with local property, RERA and transaction norms applicable to real estate dealings.
