This End-User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you (either an individual or a single entity) and the developer ("Licensor") of the software product identified above, which may include associated software components, media, printed materials, and "online" or electronic documentation ("Software").

By installing, copying, or otherwise using the Software, you agree to be bound by the terms of this EULA. This license agreement represents the entire agreement concerning the program between you and the Licensor, and it supersedes any prior proposal, representation, or understanding between the parties. If you do not agree to the terms of this EULA, do not install or use the Software.

1. License Grant
The Licensor grants you a free, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use one copy of the Software for the sole purpose of modifying your legally obtained Microsoft Windows 11 installation media to perform an in-place upgrade on an unsupported hardware system.

2. Scope of Functionality and Crucial Disclaimers ⚠️
You explicitly acknowledge and agree to the following:

No Windows Distribution: This Software DOES NOT contain, distribute, package, or provide any part of Microsoft Windows in any form. It is a modification tool only. You, the user, are responsible for providing your own legitimate and official Microsoft Windows 11 installation media.

Genuine Windows 10 License Required: This Software is an upgrade tool and requires that you possess a genuine, legally licensed, and activated copy of Microsoft Windows 10 on the system you intend to upgrade. The Licensor is not responsible for your license compliance. You, the user, are solely responsible for ensuring you are in compliance with Microsoft's licensing terms, both before and after the upgrade. The Licensor cannot be held liable for any activation issues or licensing violations.

Purpose: The Software's only function is to apply modifications to the official Windows 11 installer that bypass Microsoft's hardware compatibility checks (such as TPM 2.0, Secure Boot, and CPU requirements). It is intended ONLY for the purpose of upgrading an existing Windows 10 installation and is not designed for clean/fresh installations.

"As-Is" Condition: This tool is provided "as is." The Licensor makes no guarantees that the upgrade process will be successful, that your system will be stable, or that you will receive future security or feature updates from Microsoft. Microsoft may block updates or reverse these changes at any time.

3. CRITICAL WARNING: RISK OF DATA LOSS
The use of this Software is at your own sole risk. Modifying operating system installers and upgrading on unsupported hardware carries an inherent and significant risk of irreversible data loss, system instability, application incompatibility, or complete operating system failure.

You, the user, MUST perform a full and verified backup of all your personal data, documents, photos, applications, and any other important files to an external storage device before using this Software.

4. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall the Licensor be liable for any damages whatsoever (including, without limitation, damages for loss of business profits, business interruption, loss of business information, loss of data, or any other pecuniary loss) arising out of the use of or inability to use this Software, even if the Licensor has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

By proceeding, you acknowledge that the Licensor cannot and will not be held responsible for any data loss or damage to your system.

5. Restrictions on Use
You shall use this Software in compliance with all applicable laws and not for any unlawful purpose. Without limiting the foregoing, use, display or distribution of this Software together with material that is pornographic, racist, vulgar, obscene, defamatory, libelous, abusive, promoting hatred, discriminating or displaying prejudice based on religion, ethnic heritage, race, sexual orientation or age is strictly prohibited.

You may not, and you may not permit others to:

Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software.

Sell, rent, lease, or sublicense the Software.

Remove any title, trademark, copyright, or restricted rights notices contained in the Software.

6. Termination
Any failure to comply with the terms and conditions of this EULA will result in automatic and immediate termination of this license. Upon termination of this license grant, you must immediately cease use of the Software and destroy all copies of the Software in your possession.
