🔹 1. Digital Product Policy

All our eBooks and design files are digital, downloadable products (in AutoCAD, Revit, PDF, and image formats).
Once the download link is shared, refunds or exchanges cannot be issued, as digital files cannot be returned.

🔹 2. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:

If the files have been downloaded or accessed.

If you purchased by mistake or changed your mind.

If your system or software version is incompatible (AutoCAD/Revit).

If the product is resold, shared, or distributed to others.

You received corrupted or missing files that cannot be replaced.

You made duplicate payments by error.

In such cases, please contact us within 3 days of purchase with valid proof.
