Refund & Returns Policy

Thank you for purchasing from ePRODUCT DIGITAL.

Because our products are primarily delivered digitally, this Refund & Returns Policy explains when a refund, replacement, or other remedy may be available for digital purchases.

Our goal is to handle genuine customer concerns fairly while protecting the nature of digital products and preventing unauthorized distribution.

Digital Products and Delivery

Products purchased through ePRODUCT DIGITAL are generally digital products and are delivered electronically rather than through physical shipping.

The website currently describes its products as being delivered digitally and provides account functionality for accessing purchased products and downloads.

Because digital products can generally be accessed, downloaded, or copied electronically, they are treated differently from physical goods for refund purposes.

General Refund Policy

Unless otherwise stated on the individual product page, at checkout, or in a product-specific policy, purchases of digital products may be considered final once the digital product has been successfully delivered or access has been provided.

However, this does not prevent a customer from contacting us about a genuine issue with an order, including where a product has not been delivered, cannot reasonably be accessed, is materially different from the product description, or is affected by a technical problem that we are unable to resolve.

Nothing in this policy is intended to remove or restrict any consumer right or legal remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Situations Where We May Consider a Refund or Replacement

A refund, replacement, or another appropriate remedy may be considered where:

The Product Was Not Delivered

If you completed a successful purchase but did not receive the product or access details due to a delivery or technical issue, please contact us so that we can investigate and provide access where appropriate.

The Download or Access Link Does Not Work

If a legitimate purchase cannot be accessed because of a technical issue on our side, we will make reasonable efforts to restore access or provide an appropriate alternative.

The Digital Product Is Corrupted or Defective

Where a purchased file is materially corrupted, incomplete, or technically unusable because of an issue attributable to the product delivery, we may provide a corrected file, replacement, or refund where appropriate.

Duplicate Payment

If you were charged more than once for the same purchase because of a transaction or system error, the duplicate transaction may be eligible for a refund.

Unauthorized Transaction

If you believe a transaction was made without your authorization, contact us promptly so that we can investigate the matter.

Material Misrepresentation

Where a product is materially and demonstrably different from its stated description, we may review the issue and determine an appropriate remedy in accordance with applicable law and the circumstances of the transaction.

Circumstances That May Not Qualify for a Refund

A refund may generally not be available where:

You simply change your mind after purchasing a digital product;

You no longer need the product;

You purchased the product without reviewing its description or requirements;

You downloaded or accessed the product and subsequently decide that it is not suitable for your personal preference;

The product is used or accessed in a manner inconsistent with its license or terms;

A technical issue is caused by your own device, software, internet connection, operating system, third-party application, or configuration where the product itself is functioning as described;

Or the issue arises from circumstances outside our reasonable control.

These provisions remain subject to any rights or remedies available under applicable law.

Product Compatibility

Before purchasing, customers should review the available product description, format, compatibility information, software requirements, and other relevant specifications.

Some digital products may depend on particular applications, operating systems, file formats, online platforms, or third-party services.

ePRODUCT DIGITAL cannot guarantee compatibility with every device, operating system, software version, browser, or third-party platform unless expressly stated on the product page.

Third-Party Products and Services

Some digital products may contain or depend on third-party resources, software, platforms, links, services, or licenses.

Changes made by third parties may affect compatibility or functionality after purchase.

Where an issue is caused by a third-party service rather than our own product or delivery system, we will make reasonable efforts to assist but cannot guarantee that the third-party service will remain available or unchanged.

Refund Review Process

To request a refund or report a purchase issue, contact:

support@eproduct.org

Please provide enough information for us to identify the transaction and investigate the issue, such as your name, purchase email address, order information, and a description of the problem.

We may request reasonable supporting information, screenshots, or other evidence where necessary to understand the issue.

We will review each request based on the nature of the product, the circumstances of the purchase, the technical facts available, the applicable policy, and applicable law.

Refund Method

Where a refund is approved, it will normally be processed through the original payment method or another appropriate method where necessary.

The time required for the funds to appear in your account may depend on the payment provider or financial institution involved.

ePRODUCT DIGITAL does not control the processing time of external banks or payment providers.

Access After Refund

Where a refund is approved for a digital product, continued access to the refunded product may be restricted or revoked.

You agree not to retain, redistribute, resell, or continue using a refunded digital product where the applicable license or refund terms require access to cease.

Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

If you experience a problem with an order, we encourage you to contact support@eproduct.org before initiating a payment dispute or chargeback so that we have an opportunity to investigate and resolve the issue.

Nothing in this section is intended to prevent you from exercising any legal or consumer right available to you.

Promotional Purchases

Products purchased during promotional campaigns, bundles, discounts, special offers, or other pricing events remain subject to the applicable product and refund terms presented at the time of purchase.

Where a product has specific refund conditions displayed at checkout, those conditions may apply to that purchase.

Product-Specific Refund Terms

Certain digital products may have their own product-specific refund, access, licensing, replacement, or cancellation terms.

Where such terms are clearly disclosed before or during purchase, they will apply to the relevant product to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Fraud and Abuse

We reserve the right to investigate refund requests involving suspected fraud, unauthorized distribution, abuse of digital access, repeated misuse of refund procedures, or other activity inconsistent with our Terms & Conditions.

Any action taken under this provision will remain subject to applicable law.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Refund & Returns Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our products, delivery methods, business practices, or legal requirements.

The latest version will always be published on this page with its updated date.

Acceptance of Terms

By using this website or purchasing a product from us, you agree to comply with these Terms & Conditions and any additional terms, policies, license conditions, or instructions applicable to a specific product.

If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the website or purchase our products.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will become effective when published on the website. Your continued use of the website after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Eligibility and Use of the Website

You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

You must not use the website in a manner that could damage, disable, overburden, interfere with, or compromise the website, its servers, security, or availability.

You must not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any account, system, database, administrative area, or other part of the website.

You are responsible for ensuring that the information you provide to us is accurate, complete, and current.

Digital Products

All products sold through ePRODUCT DIGITAL are digital products unless a specific product listing expressly states otherwise.

Because digital products are delivered electronically, no physical product or shipment will be provided unless explicitly stated on the relevant product page.

The exact format, contents, features, compatibility, and delivery method of a product will be determined by the applicable product listing or accompanying documentation.

A product description, image, preview, or promotional material is intended to communicate the nature and general characteristics of the product. The actual contents of a digital product may vary where reasonable and necessary for technical, operational, licensing, or updating purposes.

Product Information

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, images, specifications, pricing, and other information displayed on the website are accurate and up to date.

However, occasional errors, omissions, formatting issues, or technical inaccuracies may occur.

We reserve the right to correct errors, update information, modify product descriptions, or make changes to products or website content where necessary.

Any correction or update will not affect rights that have already arisen under applicable law.

Pricing and Payments

All prices displayed on the website are subject to change unless otherwise stated.

The applicable price at the time an order is successfully placed will generally apply to that transaction, subject to correction of obvious pricing or technical errors and applicable law.

You agree to provide accurate billing and payment information when completing a purchase.

Payments may be processed through third-party payment providers. Your use of a third-party payment service may also be subject to that provider's terms and privacy practices.

We do not normally store complete payment-card information on our own systems where payment processing is handled by an external payment provider.

Order Acceptance

Placing an order constitutes a request to purchase the selected product.

An order may be subject to verification, payment confirmation, availability, technical validation, or other legitimate checks.

We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or restrict an order where there is a genuine reason, including suspected fraud, unauthorized use, technical errors, incorrect pricing, unlawful activity, or violation of these Terms.

Where appropriate, any amount received for a cancelled order will be handled in accordance with our applicable refund policy and applicable law.

Digital Delivery

Following successful payment confirmation, purchased digital products may be delivered through methods including download links, customer accounts, email, access pages, or other digital delivery mechanisms specified by the relevant product listing.

You are responsible for providing a valid email address and maintaining access to the email account or customer account used for your purchase.

You are also responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and access information.

We are not responsible for delivery problems caused by an incorrect email address, inaccessible inbox, spam filtering, user account issues, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Where a download or access link is time-limited or otherwise subject to technical restrictions, the applicable product instructions will govern.

Account Responsibility

Some features may require you to create an account.

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity conducted through your account, except where unauthorized activity results from circumstances for which you are not responsible under applicable law.

You should notify us promptly if you believe that your account has been accessed without authorization.

We reserve the right to suspend or restrict accounts involved in fraud, abuse, unauthorized sharing, security violations, or other breaches of these Terms.

Intellectual Property

Unless expressly stated otherwise, the website, branding, logos, original text, graphics, page designs, software, layouts, and other original materials made available by ePRODUCT DIGITAL are owned by or licensed to ePRODUCT DIGITAL and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

Purchasing a digital product does not automatically transfer ownership of the intellectual property contained in that product to the purchaser.

Your rights to use a particular digital product are governed by the applicable product license, usage terms, or permissions provided with that product.

Product License and Permitted Use

Unless a product-specific license states otherwise, a purchase grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access and use the purchased digital product for its intended lawful purpose.

You may not assume that purchasing a digital file gives you unrestricted ownership or redistribution rights.

Depending on the specific product, prohibited activities may include:

Reselling the original digital files as standalone products
Redistributing or publicly sharing download links
Uploading purchased files to unauthorized file-sharing services
Sharing purchased resources with persons who have not lawfully obtained access
Claiming third-party content as your own
Removing copyright, attribution, licensing, or ownership notices where prohibited
Using the product in a manner that violates its specific license

Where a product contains third-party content, the rights granted may be subject to the original creator's or copyright holder's license.

The license applicable to a specific product will take precedence over general usage language in these Terms where there is a conflict.

Third-Party Content and Services

Certain products may contain, reference, integrate with, or link to third-party websites, platforms, software, fonts, assets, services, or other materials.

ePRODUCT DIGITAL does not necessarily own or control third-party content or services.

Your use of third-party services is subject to the applicable third party's terms, licenses, and policies.

We do not guarantee the continued availability, functionality, pricing, compatibility, or policies of third-party platforms.

Product Quality and Compatibility

We make reasonable efforts to accurately describe our digital products.

However, compatibility with your particular device, browser, operating system, software version, editing application, or technical environment may vary.

Before purchasing a product, you should review any available compatibility information and product requirements.

Where a product depends on third-party software or platforms, changes made by those third parties may affect functionality.

No Guarantee of Business Results

Our digital products may be designed to assist with productivity, creativity, education, marketing, business operations, research, planning, or other activities.

However, we do not guarantee any particular financial result, business outcome, revenue level, sales volume, audience growth, productivity improvement, or other specific result from using our products.

Any examples, demonstrations, case studies, projections, or illustrative outcomes shown on the website are for informational or demonstration purposes unless expressly stated otherwise.

Your results will depend on numerous factors outside our control.

Refunds and Cancellations

Refunds, cancellations, replacements, and other purchase-related remedies are governed by the Refund & Returns Policy published on our website, together with any product-specific terms displayed at checkout.

Because digital products can be delivered and accessed electronically, eligibility for a refund may depend on the nature of the product, whether access or downloading has occurred, the applicable refund policy, and applicable consumer law.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or restrict any consumer right that cannot lawfully be excluded or restricted.

Please review the applicable Refund Policy before completing your purchase.

Promotional Offers and Discounts

From time to time, ePRODUCT DIGITAL may provide promotional prices, coupons, discounts, bundles, bonuses, or special offers.

Each promotion may be subject to its own conditions, eligibility requirements, validity period, and limitations.

Promotional offers may be modified, withdrawn, or discontinued where permitted by applicable law.

We will not intentionally use misleading promotional practices.

User Conduct

You agree not to:

Use our products or website for unlawful purposes;

Attempt to bypass security or access restrictions;

Interfere with the operation of the website;

Reverse engineer or unlawfully copy protected software or systems;

Use automated methods to extract restricted website data where prohibited;

Upload malware or harmful code;

Impersonate another person or organization;

Engage in fraudulent, abusive, deceptive, or unauthorized activity;

Or violate the intellectual-property or privacy rights of others.

Website Availability

We aim to keep our website and services available and operational, but uninterrupted availability cannot be guaranteed.

The website may occasionally be unavailable because of maintenance, upgrades, security measures, technical failures, hosting issues, internet connectivity problems, third-party service interruptions, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue portions of the website or services where reasonably necessary.

Security

We take reasonable measures to protect our website and customer information.

However, no internet transmission, website, storage system, or electronic communication method can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

You acknowledge that the use of online services involves inherent technological risks.

Privacy

Your use of the website is also subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, store, and process personal information.

By using our services, you acknowledge that you have reviewed the Privacy Policy.

Our handling of personal data will be subject to applicable privacy and data-protection requirements.

Third-Party Links

Our website may contain links to third-party websites or services for convenience, information, payment processing, support, or other purposes.

These external websites are not necessarily owned or controlled by ePRODUCT DIGITAL.

We are not responsible for the availability, content, security, privacy practices, or policies of third-party websites.

You access third-party websites at your own discretion and subject to their applicable terms.

Intellectual Property Complaints

We respect the intellectual-property rights of others.

If you believe that content made available through our website infringes your intellectual-property rights, you may contact us at support@eproduct.org with sufficient information for us to review the matter.

We may investigate legitimate complaints and take appropriate action where required.

Disclaimer of Warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the website and its content are provided on an “as available” and “as is” basis.

We do not warrant that the website, downloadable materials, or digital services will always be uninterrupted, completely error-free, fully compatible with every device or software environment, or free from technical defects.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits warranties, guarantees, or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ePRODUCT DIGITAL shall not be responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or unforeseeable losses arising from the use of the website or digital products.

This may include losses associated with business interruption, lost opportunities, loss of data, or loss of anticipated profits, except where such limitation is prohibited by applicable law.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

Indemnification

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to be responsible for losses, claims, liabilities, damages, or reasonable expenses arising from your unlawful use of the website, violation of these Terms, infringement of third-party rights, or misuse of purchased digital products.

This provision does not apply to the extent that the relevant loss results from circumstances for which you are not legally responsible.

Suspension or Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the website, customer account, or certain services where reasonably necessary due to fraud, security concerns, unlawful activity, misuse of the service, violation of these Terms, or other legitimate operational reasons.

Termination will not affect rights or obligations that accrued before termination.

Provisions relating to intellectual property, licenses, disclaimers, liability, disputes, and other provisions that by their nature should continue will remain effective after termination.

Changes to Products and Services

We reserve the right to update, improve, modify, replace, or discontinue products, features, website functionality, or services.

Where a purchased product includes ongoing updates or continued access as part of the stated offer, those rights will be governed by the applicable product description or license.

Force Majeure

We shall not be responsible for delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including significant technical outages, internet or hosting failures, cyber incidents, natural disasters, governmental actions, infrastructure failures, or other extraordinary circumstances.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws applicable in India, subject to applicable consumer-protection and other mandatory legal rights.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to prevent a consumer from exercising any statutory right or remedy available under applicable law.

Dispute Resolution

We encourage customers to contact us first so that concerns can be reviewed and resolved as efficiently as possible.

For support or purchase-related concerns, please contact:

Email: support@eproduct.org

Where a dispute cannot be resolved directly, it may be subject to the applicable legal and dispute-resolution mechanisms available under the laws of India.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is determined to be unlawful, invalid, or unenforceable, that provision will be interpreted or modified to the extent necessary to make it enforceable where legally permitted.

The remaining provisions will continue to apply.

Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the applicable Privacy Policy, Refund & Returns Policy, License Terms, product-specific terms, and other policies expressly referenced on the website, constitute the terms governing your use of ePRODUCT DIGITAL and your purchase of its products.

Where product-specific terms conflict with general website terms, the product-specific terms will apply to the extent of that conflict.
