All services offered are personalized, time-bound, and expert-based advisory sessions. Once booked, expert time slots are exclusively reserved for the client.

2. Strict No Refund Policy
All bookings made on OccultSolutionss.com are final and non-refundable.

Under no circumstances shall refunds be issued, including but not limited to:

Change of mind
Dissatisfaction with predictions, interpretations, or guidance
Failure to attend the scheduled session
Technical issues on the client’s end
Delays caused by the client
Partial utilization of session time
Disagreement with remedies or suggestions
Financial constraints after booking
Payments once processed cannot be reversed, refunded, or credited back to the original payment method.

3. No Cancellation Policy
Once an appointment is booked and payment is successfully completed:

The booking cannot be cancelled
The appointment cannot be rescheduled
The expert assigned cannot be changed
The service type cannot be modified
All time slots are blocked exclusively for the client and are therefore non-transferable and non-adjustable.

4. Missed Appointments / No-Show Policy
If a client:

Fails to attend the session at the scheduled time,
Joins late,
Is unreachable,
Provides incorrect contact information,
The session will be considered completed, and no refund, rescheduling, or compensation shall be provided.

Experts will wait a maximum of [5–10 minutes] from the scheduled time unless otherwise specified.

5. Technical Disruptions
OccultSolutionss.com shall not be held responsible for:

Internet connectivity issues at the client’s end
Device malfunction
Power outages
Third-party platform disruptions (Zoom, WhatsApp, Call services, etc.)
In such cases, the session will be considered valid and chargeable.
