02Do I need my own Meta ad account?

Yes. Your ads run from your own Meta ad account, so you stay in control of your campaigns and spending.

03How long does setup take?

It takes around 10 minutes to get set up. Choose your product, set your ad and message, and you’re ready to go.

04What happens after someone clicks my ad?

For Click-to-DM ads, the customer is taken to Instagram DM or WhatsApp. Your message is sent instantly, and they can continue the conversation or click your link to buy. You can also choose to send people directly to your product.

05Can I choose what the automated reply says?

Yes. You choose the message customers receive when they tap your ad—whether that’s your product, price, offer or link.

06Who pays for the ads?
