- Permission: what you approve for the assistant when you connect it to SuperProfile.

### How do I connect these tools to my assistant?
Add `https://mcp.superprofile.bio/mcp` as a remote MCP server in any assistant that supports remote MCP, sign in to SuperProfile and choose the permissions. In Claude, SuperProfile is listed in the [connector directory](https://claude.ai/directory/superprofile). In ChatGPT, add SuperProfile as a custom app (developer mode, on plans that support it) with the server URL https://mcp.superprofile.bio/mcp and OAuth sign-in. ### Why does my assistant list fewer tools than this page?
Your assistant sees only the tools your connection's permissions allow, so a connection that can only draft does not see publish or delete tools. Permissions SuperProfile added after you first connected are listed unticked under New permissions available when you reconnect: tick one to unlock its tools. Comment moderation, Brand Collab, the DM features and AI text variations are listed only on paid plans; scheduling tools are listed on every plan, but scheduling or changing a post needs a paid plan. Some assistants receive shortcut tools in place of their siblings, and each assistant decides how it shows the list.

### What is a shortcut tool?
Some assistants receive one tool in place of several siblings, for example one publish tool with a product type instead of a publish tool per product. The shortcut runs the original tool for the type you choose, with that tool's permission and checks, and the original tool names keep working.

### Can an assistant publish or delete without asking me?
Only with a permission you granted, and once you grant publish or delete, the assistant can use it without asking you again. Drafting and editing, publishing, deleting, customer information and email activation are separate permissions, so you can start with drafting only. Manage or revoke access any time in Connected agents in your SuperProfile dashboard.
