Instagram DM menu, ice breakers and Story mention replies, on every paid plan

Instagram DM menu, ice breakers and Story mention replies, on every paid plan

Make your Instagram DMs answer the common questions for you: a menu people can open in their Instagram app chat, ice breakers for people messaging you for the first time, and an automatic reply when a fan mentions you in their Story.

Persistent DM menu

Up to 20 items (SuperProfile's cap; Meta suggests about 5 for the best experience), each opening a link or sending an automated reply.

Ice breakers

Up to 4 questions people can tap the first time they open a chat with you in the Instagram app, each with its own automated reply. Ice breakers don't show on desktop.

Story mention auto-reply

An automated DM for eligible Story mentions that Instagram delivers to SuperProfile, with no added delay or after 30 seconds, 1, 5 or 10 minutes. A fan gets at most one automated reply in 24 hours.

Good to know

Tapping the same menu item or ice breaker again within 60 seconds doesn't send a second reply. Replies go through the same queue as your other Auto-DM replies, so they can run a few minutes behind at busy times. Instagram only, not Facebook Messenger.

Ask your AI assistant

An assistant connected to the SuperProfile MCP server can check, write and turn these on once you approve the wording. Turning one on publishes it to your Instagram, so review the text and the on/off state first.

Included in every paid SuperProfile plan.

Schedule LinkedIn posts, photos, videos and PDFs from the same calendar

Schedule LinkedIn posts, photos, videos and PDFs from the same calendar

Plan your personal LinkedIn profile in the same Schedule calendar as Instagram and Facebook, with photos, multi-image posts, videos and PDF documents.

What you can schedule

Text posts, one photo (JPG, PNG or GIF), multi-image posts of 2 to 20 images, one video (MP4, 3 seconds to 15 minutes) and one PDF document, on your personal LinkedIn profile.

One calendar

Connect LinkedIn from Schedule with LinkedIn sign-in, and your LinkedIn posts sit in the same calendar and grid as your Instagram and Facebook Page posts.

Limits that matter

Post text up to 3,000 characters (LinkedIn's limit). SuperProfile limits: photos up to 30 MB each, videos up to 500 MB, PDFs up to 100 MB and 300 pages (the file name becomes the title shown on LinkedIn). Schedule from 2 minutes ahead for text, 5 minutes for photos, multi-image posts and documents, and 15 minutes for video, up to 90 days ahead.

Stay connected

LinkedIn authorization normally expires after 60 days and SuperProfile doesn't renew it automatically, so you reconnect in Schedule. We email you 7 days and 1 day before it ends if you still have LinkedIn posts scheduled, and Schedule warns you if a post is set for after the connection ends.

If something goes wrong

If a post can't be published, Schedule shows the reason with Retry, Edit or Reconnect, and you get an email. SuperProfile stops trying two hours after the scheduled time and marks the post failed; you can retry it.

Ask your AI assistant

Ask Claude or ChatGPT to draft and schedule a LinkedIn post, move it or cancel it. You connect LinkedIn in Schedule yourself.

Not yet

Company Pages (personal profiles only), first comments (not supported for LinkedIn in SuperProfile), Auto-DM, a link field, collaborators, location, people tags and post insights. SuperProfile posts hashtags and @mentions as plain text, so they don't become LinkedIn tags. You can include a URL in the text, but a link preview isn't guaranteed.

Scheduling LinkedIn posts is part of the paid Schedule, like Instagram and Facebook Page scheduling.

Run your SuperProfile store from Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini and any AI assistant: the SuperProfile MCP server

Run your SuperProfile store from Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini and any AI assistant: the SuperProfile MCP server

SuperProfile now runs its own MCP server, so you can run your store from the AI assistant you already use: Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity, Muse by Meta, Notion, Claude Code, OpenAI Codex, Cursor, Windsurf and VS Code. Ask in plain words and your assistant drafts it in your SuperProfile account. Nothing goes live until you approve it.

Connect your assistant

In Claude, add SuperProfile from the connector directory. In any other assistant that supports remote MCP servers, add https://mcp.superprofile.bio/mcp and sign in to SuperProfile. Each assistant has a step-by-step guide.
👉 All guides: superprofile.bio/mcp

What your assistant can do

Create and edit digital products and payment pages, courses, webinars, 1:1 sessions, lead magnets, locked content and paid Telegram communities; set up Instagram and Messenger Auto-DM automations; and read your sales and analytics.
👉 Try: “Create a draft payment page for my guide, upload this PDF and show it to me before publishing.”

You stay in control

Drafting, publishing, deleting, customer information and email activation are separate permissions you choose when you connect. Manage or revoke access any time in Connected agents in your dashboard. Buyers still pay through SuperProfile's normal checkout.
👉 Questions? Read the MCP FAQ.
