When someone comments "price?" or "kitna hai", reply in their DM with the price (or what it depends on), what is included, and a button to the product page. Below are variants for fixed prices, prices that vary and services that need a quote, in English and Hinglish, plus how to catch price questions that never use your keyword.

Variant 6 and 7 ask a question, so the person replies. That reply opens Meta's 24-hour window and turns the comment into a real conversation.

## What public reply and button text go with it?

Button text: "See price and options", "Order now" or "View details". On a service, "Book a call" or "Get a quote".

## Should you just put the price in the caption?
Often, yes. A lot of buyers find "DM for price" annoying, and some scroll past. Sending the price by DM still helps when:
- the price depends on options, size or scope,
- you want the buyer to land on the product page with the order button, not just read a number,
- you want buyers to show interest publicly, so others see the product is wanted.
If you do use "comment PRICE", answer within seconds and give the actual number. A DM that dodges the price after asking people to comment for it feels like a trick.

## How do you catch price questions without the keyword?
People write "price?", "how much", "rate kya hai", "kitne ka hai" and "cost pls". A keyword list misses half of them. On paid plans, per automation, the creator can turn on “Also reply without your keywords” and describe the comment in plain words (for example “asks for the link”); comments that contain no keyword, such as typos, other languages, Hinglish or “pls send”, are read by AI and the DM goes out only when it is confident.

For price questions, describe it as "asks for the price or cost". The DM goes only when the AI is confident, and keywords are matched first.
Price questions also arrive in DMs. On paid plans, an automation can reply to incoming DMs with a keyword, and a fan sending you one of your posts or reels in a DM can trigger an automation, which is how many shoppers ask "is this available?".

## What should you customise?
- **The number.** Write the real price, or the starting price if it varies. Update the automation the day the price changes.
- **What is included.** One line: shipping, sessions, files or validity. It answers the next question before it is asked.
- **The keyword.** PRICE is clear; for Hindi-first audiences, RATE or PRICE both work, and intent matching covers the rest on paid plans.

- **An old price in a running automation.** Change the DM the day you change the price.
