Apply to Youthpreneur Incubator 2026

Entrepreneurs of Tomorrow (EOT) is a national nonprofit on a mission to equip Black, Brown, and immigrant-background youth with the tools, confidence, and real-world experience to build businesses and create economic opportunity.
We’re looking for Entrepreneurship Coaches, Mentors, and Advisors who want to invest their time, expertise, and lived experience into the next generation of founders.
As an EOT volunteer, you may support students by:
- Coaching youthpreneurs through idea validation, business modeling, and execution
- Serving as a mentor during pitch sessions, workshops, or office hours
- Advising on areas such as marketing, finance, operations, product, tech, leadership, or career pathways
- Providing feedback that is honest, constructive, and empowering
Our volunteers come from diverse professional backgrounds and share a commitment to equity, access, and community. You don’t need to have built a unicorn startup - what matters most is your willingness to show up, share what you know, and help young founders see what’s possible.
Time commitments are flexible and opportunities range from one-time engagements to ongoing involvement.
If you believe in creating pathways, not gatekeeping them, we’d love to learn more about you.
