DISCLAIMER

REVERSU Personal Coaching includes personalised medical and lifestyle guidance, monitoring, and, where clinically appropriate, adjustment or reduction of medications under medical supervision.

As this service is delivered primarily online, it has limitations compared with an in-person consultation. Physical examination or additional investigations may sometimes be necessary, and there is a possibility of missed or delayed diagnosis or complications.

Medication changes will be based on clinical assessment, available health information, investigations, and ongoing monitoring. Patients should not independently stop, reduce, or change prescribed medications.

If your condition requires in-person assessment, urgent investigation, or emergency care, you will be advised to seek appropriate medical attention. Severe, sudden, or worsening symptoms require immediate in-person medical care and should not be managed through online coaching.
