Karan Khatri

Men's & Relationship Coach

The Men's Emotional Intelligence Program is an eight-session structured training roadmap designed to build specific relational capacities. Every session follows a two-part architecture supplemented by post-session practice:

Part One — Core Lesson & Framework Assessment: Identifies key relational patterns grounded in relational science (Terry Real, John Gottman, and nervous system research) and examines how they show up in your marriage.

Part Two — Action Plan: Builds a concrete, real-world practice, phrase, or defined action to execute before the next session.

Post-Session Workbook: Accompanies each session with reflections, a 7-Day Tracker to monitor patterns in real time, and nervous system regulation routines.

The Eight-Session Roadmap

Session 1 — The Complete Man: Defines emotional maturity in modern marriage (Tool: The Toward/Away Log).

Session 2 — The Nervous System Comes First: Teaches body regulation before emotional reactions take over (Tool: The 1–10 Activation Scale + 3-Minute Grounding Routine).

Session 3 — Radical Responsibility: Focuses on taking full ownership of your emotions rather than projecting them onto your wife (Tool: The Ownership Catch Tracker).

Session 4 — The Four Horsemen & Their Antidotes: Teaches how to recognize criticism, contempt, defensiveness, and stonewalling, replacing them with trained antidotes (Tool: The 7-Day Horseman Tally Tracker).

Session 5 — The Mental Load: Focuses on seeing invisible household labor and leading proactively rather than waiting to be asked (Tool: The Anticipation Checklist).

Session 6 — Holding Space: Teaches how to build emotional safety for your wife without rushing to fix problems (Tool: The Listening De-escalation Tracker).

Session 7 — Two Families, One Marriage: Focuses on establishing healthy boundaries between your family of origin and your marriage (Tool: The Loyalty Alignment Map + Boundary Execution Tracker).

Session 8 — Joining the Human Race: Synthesizes all skills into a long-term integration practice (Tool: The Long-Term Integration & Maintenance Sheet).
