Weekly Counselling Session Plan carry 5 session with 45 minutes each total plan minutes 225 which can be use by client in 7 days&nbsp; only. Counselling session will be based on client problem needs and session will focus on Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Exposure and Response Prevention model, or focusing of Acceptence and commitment Therapy Model or based on thematic counselling needs &amp; other Psychotheraputic modalities to upgrade client emotional and menatl health betterment.&nbsp;
