Richa Hora is an internationally certified relationship coach known for helping individuals and couples build emotionally safe, deeply connected, and conscious relationships.

With a calm, grounded, and deeply intuitive approach, she has worked with over 6,000 individuals across the globe — guiding them to understand their emotional patterns, heal unresolved wounds, and transform the way they experience love, connection, and partnership.

Her work moves beyond surface-level advice.
It is rooted in helping individuals uncover the deeper psychological and emotional drivers behind their reactions, recurring patterns, and relational dynamics — enabling lasting, internal shifts rather than temporary fixes.

At Metaanoi, the work is not limited to repairing relationships.
It begins with rebuilding the relationship one has with the self — the foundation on which all meaningful connections are created.

Richa’s methodology integrates structured relationship frameworks with deep inner work, including:

Inner child healing
Emotional awareness and regulation
Attachment styles and patterns
Conscious communication

Her sessions are designed as a safe, non-judgmental, and reflective space — where individuals are not rushed or “fixed,” but guided with clarity, depth, and compassion toward emotional resilience and self-awareness.

Who She Works With

Richa works with individuals and couples who are:

Navigating challenges within their relationships or marriage
Preparing for long-term commitment
Experiencing emotional disconnection or communication breakdown
Seeking deeper self-understanding and relational clarity

She enables her clients to move:
from confusion to clarity,
from emotional pain to healing,
from unconscious patterns to conscious, empowered choices.

Philosophy

“Healthy relationships are not accidental —
they are consciously built through awareness, healing, and intentional effort.”

Mission

To enable individuals and couples to create relationships that are emotionally safe, respectful, fulfilling, and aligned — not overwhelming or depleting.

Invitation

For those ready to understand their patterns, deepen self-awareness, and build meaningful, conscious relationships — this is where the work begins.
