1:1 Intensive Leadership Coaching for Ambitious Mid-Life Women

📝 TERMS & CONDITIONS – RESET TO RISE 1:1 COACHING PROGRAM
1. Coaching Agreement

This coaching relationship is a collaborative, co-created process. As your coach, I will hold space for your growth, offer tools and reflection, and support you with clarity and accountability. You agree to show up with honesty, openness, and commitment to the journey.

2. Confidentiality

Everything you share in our sessions is strictly confidential. I will not disclose any information without your written consent, except where required by law (e.g., risk of harm to self or others).

3. Program Duration & Format

8 sessions, 75 minutes each

Valid for 12 weeks from the date of the first session

Sessions are conducted online (Zoom/Google Meet), unless otherwise agreed

4. Scheduling & Rescheduling

You are responsible for booking your sessions via the provided link/calendar.

You may reschedule a session with at least 24 hours’ notice.

Missed sessions without prior notice will be considered forfeited.

Only one reschedule is allowed per booking, unless otherwise discussed.

5. Payment & Refunds

Full payment is required upfront or as per the agreed payment plan.

Payment confirms your commitment and reserves your spot.

No refunds will be issued once the coaching journey has started.

In case of emergencies, sessions may be paused and resumed later (valid for 4 months from the start date).

6. Scope of Coaching

This is a future-focused, solution-oriented coaching engagement.
It is not a substitute for therapy, counselling, or medical advice.
Should any issue arise that is beyond the scope of coaching, I will refer you to a qualified professional.

7. Accountability & Ownership

You are responsible for your decisions, actions, and results. Coaching supports growth—but you remain the leader of your life. Your transformation is in your hands.

8. Intellectual Property

All tools, exercises, and frameworks shared in coaching are for your personal use only and may not be redistributed or shared commercially.

9. Code of Conduct

Respectful, professional, and safe communication is expected throughout our engagement. Either party may terminate the coaching agreement if values are breached.
