# Collect emails from Instagram comments and DMs

## How it works
- **Trigger:** A keyword comment, a Story reply or a DM
- **The DM:** Collect an email address inside the DM and send it to Kit, Mailchimp or Klaviyo, with tags
- **Then:** Your email tool takes over: welcome sequence, newsletter or launch list
The DM asks the person to share their email in the chat, and sends the link after they reply with a valid email address.

## How do I set it up?

1. Connect Kit, Mailchimp or Klaviyo in SuperProfile settings.
2. Create an automation and add the email collection step.
3. Choose the list and tags the contact should get.
4. Send the freebie or link after the email is shared.
5. Publish.
