Acoustic Ecology for Deep Work: Focus Guide

I spend my time immersed in the aural tapestry of India, dedicated to capturing its diverse soundscapes, bird calls, and natural ambient sounds. With my specialized equipment, I'm building an extensive auditory archive that showcases the unique acoustic environments of this incredible country.

So far, my recording expeditions have taken me to the captivating Deccan Plateau, the ecologically rich Western Ghats, and the rugged Satpura Ranges. Each of these regions offers a distinct symphony of life, from the nuanced calls of resident birds to the subtle rustling of foliage and the distant echoes of wildlife. I'm actively working on expanding this collection to include even more of India's remarkable habitats, constantly seeking out new sonic stories to tell.

My goal is to invite others to listen to nature as I do, to truly connect with the often-unheard beauty of its sounds. It's a privilege to document these fleeting moments, preserving them for all to experience.
